Barbecue Chicken Chili with Mixed Beans

Heat 7 Tbsp. oil (or 1 Tbsp. oil for trial recipe) in skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 5 min. or until done.,Heat remaining oil in large saucepot. Add carrots| celery| peppers and red onions; saute 5 to 10 min. or until tender. Stir in chicken| tomatoes| beans| broth| barbecue sauce and seasonings; simmer 30 min.| stirring occasionally.,For each serving: Spoon 1-1/2 cups chili into serving bowl; top with 1-1/2 Tbsp. cheese| 1/2 Tbsp. green onions and 1/4 tsp. combined sour cream and milk.

1-3/4 qt. kidney beans

3-1/2 qt. chicken broth
1-3/4 qt. BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce
2 Tbsp. chili powder
3-1/2 tsp. ground cumin
3-1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1-3/4 tsp. ground black pepper
to taste salt
1 qt. shredded cheddar cheese
1-1/2 cups green onion
1/4 cup sour cream
1 Tbsp. milk

  • Heat remaining oil in large saucepot. Add carrots, celery, peppers and red onions; saute 5 to 10 min. or until tender. Stir in chicken, tomatoes, beans, broth, barbecue sauce and seasonings; simmer 30 min., stirring occasionally.
  • For each serving: Spoon 1-1/2 cups chili into serving bowl; top with 1-1/2 Tbsp. cheese, 1/2 Tbsp. green onions and 1/4 tsp. combined sour cream and milk.
