Supreme Turkey Burger

A tasty spin on a traditional turkey burger, incorporating balsamic vinegar caramelized onions and HEINZ Mayochup.

3 tbsp. Butter
1 lb. Onion, sliced
2 tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
2 each Ground turkey, 1/4 lb.
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Black pepper
6 each Provolone cheese slices
6 each Bibb lettuce leaves
12 each Tomato slices
6 each Kaiser roll, toasted


Preparation Steps
  • Heat
    The butter in a large sauté pan.
  • Add
    The onions and cook over medium low heat while stirring occasionally for 30-40 minutes until brown.
  • Add
    The balsamic vinegar and set the onions aside.
  • Season
    The ground turkey with the salt and pepper and then form into 6 ounce-4 ½” patties.
  • Grill
    The turkey burgers flipping half way through to an internal temperature of 165 F.
  • Top
    Each burger with the caramelized onions and provolone cheese and allow to melt as they finish cooking.
  • Top
    Each kaiser roll with a turkey cheeseburger, a lettuce leaf, 2 slices of tomato, and finish with the HEINZ Mayochup Sauce.
