Sweet Potato Waffles

Fun play on the regular waffle. Sweet potato waffles topped with marshmallow, cinnamon, bacon, nuts and maple syrup.

2.5 qt. Sweet potatoes, shredded
8 oz. Egg white
3/4 cup All-purpose flour
1/4 cup Milk
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Black pepper
3/4 cup Maple syrup
1 tbsp. Cinnamon sugar
3/4 cup Pistachios, chopped
3/4 cup OSCAR MAYER Bacon Pieces


Preparation Steps
  • Combine
    Sweet potatoes, egg white, flour, milk, salt and pepper to make the batter.
  • Scoop
    1/3 cup batter onto hot greased waffle iron and close. Cook until browned and potato is tender.
  • Cook
    Two waffles for each serving. Top each with ¼ cup JET-PUFFED Mini Marshmallows and place under salamander briefly to melt and toast marshmallow.
  • Stack
    Two waffles on plate and garnish over the top with 1 Tbsp. maple syrup, ¼ tsp. cinnamon sugar, 1 Tbsp. chopped pistachios and 1 Tbsp. OSCAR MAYER Bacon Pieces.
