2 tbsp. Cinnamon sugar
12 each 6 in. empanada dough discs, thawed

Instructions

Preparation Steps
  • Combine
    PHILADELPHIA Cheesecake Batter and cinnamon.
  • Fill
    Each dough circle with 2 oz. of batter, fold to enclose batter, brush edges with water and crimp to seal.
  • Fry
    In 350°F oil for 3-4 minutes or until lightly brown and crispy
  • Drain
    From oil and top with your favorite garnish: cinnamon sugar, powdered sugar glaze, or fruit glaze.
