Cappuccino Cinnamon Rolls

Cinnamon rolls with a twist using a coffee-infused sugar filling.

1/2 cup Brown sugar
2 tsp. Ground cinnamon
2 each 8 oz. packages, crescent roll dough
1/2 cup Butter, melted
1-1/2 cup Powdered sugar
2 tbsp. Milk
1/2 tsp. Vanilla


Preparation Steps
  • Combine
    Brown sugar, GENERAL FOODS INTERNATIONAL Cappuccino Mix and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  • Roll
    Out the pastry dough. Brush with 1/4 cup melted butter and sprinkle the sugar mixture over dough to within 1/2 in. of edges.
  • Roll
    Up jelly-roll style starting with a long side; pinch seam to seal. Cut each roll into 4 slices and place cut sides down on a lined baking pan. Brush the cinnamon rolls with 1/4 cup melted butter.
  • Preheat
    Oven to 350°. Bake 25 minutes or until golden brown. Place pan on a wire rack.
  • Beat
    Together the confectioner’s sugar, 2 Tbsp. softened butter, milk, 2 tsp. of the GENERAL FOODS INTERNATIONAL Cappuccino Mix and vanilla extract until smooth. Drizzle over the rolls. Serve warm.
