Candy Cane Cheesecake Bars

Great during the holidays or anytime of the year! Cheesecake meets candy cane peppermint.

Ingredients

12 oz. Graham cracker crumbs
3 oz. Sugar
2 tsp. Peppermint extract
1 cup Candy cane, crushed

Instructions

Preparation Steps
  • Combine
    Graham cracker crumbs, melted butter and sugar. Press into a greased parchment lined half-sheet pan to make the crust.
  • Combine
    PHILADELPHIA Cheesecake Batter with peppermint extract. Deposit batter over crust and spread evenly.
  • Sprinkle
    Candy canes over top.
  • Bake
    In a 350° standard oven for 25-30 minutes or until center is just set.
  • Let
    Cool on rack completely and refrigerate overnight before cutting.
  • Cut
    Into 12 rectangular pieces and serve as desired.
