Route 57 Burger

Burger topped with cheddar cheese, onion rings, lettuce, tomato and HEINZ 57 Sauce. Served on a brioche bun.

1.5 lb. Ground beef
8 each Onion rings
4 each Brioche sandwich roll, split and toasted
1/2 cup Shredded lettuce
4 slice Tomato


Preparation Steps
  • Form
    The ground beef into 6 oz. patties.
  • Grill
    The burgers over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness. Add the cheese during the last minute to melt.
  • Fry
    The onion rings until golden brown while the burgers are cooking.
  • Assemble
    Each burger by smearing the bottom half of the toasted roll with 1 Tbsp. HEINZ 57 Sauce then topping with the cooked cheeseburger, 2 fried onion rings, 2 Tbsp. shredded lettuce, 1 tomato slice, 2 pickle slices and 1 Tbsp. HEINZ 57 Sauce. Cap off with the top half of the roll.
