Creamy Chimichurri Pasta Salad

Pasta salad with cilantro, parsley, garlic, Italian dressing, pepper, onion, celery and white cheddar cheese.

1 lb. Cavatappi pasta
2/3 cup Fresh cilantro
2/3 cup Parsley
1.5 tbsp. Garlic
1 tsp. Crushed red pepper
1/3 cup Olive oil
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 cup Red pepper, diced
1/3 cup Red onion, diced
1/2 cup Celery, diced


Preparation Steps
  • Bring
    Water to a boil in a large pot. Add the pasta and cook for 8-10 minutes just until tender. Drain and cool.
  • Make
    The dressing by placing the cilantro, parsley, garlic, crushed red pepper flakes, HEINZ Red Wine Vinegar, oil, GOOD SEASONS Italian Dressing Mix, salt and mayonnaise into a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
  • Combine
    And mix the cooked and cooled pasta, chimichurri dressing, red pepper, red onion, celery and shredded cheese in a large mixing bowl.
