Chesapeake Potato Salad

Mustard- and mayo-based potato salad seasoned with a Old Bay. Great side for fried fish and seafood.

6 each Egg, hard cooked and chopped
1 cup Celery, diced
1/2 cup Onion, diced
1.5 tbsp. Chives, chopped
3 tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Black pepper
1 tbsp. Parsley
Preparation Steps

  • Place
    The potatoes in a large pot. Cover with cold water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook just until tender 15-18 minutes. Drain and cool.
  • Peel
    And dice the potatoes when cooled.
  • Combine
    And mix the potatoes, chopped eggs, celery, onion, chives, KRAFT Real mayo, HEINZ Yellow Mustard, HEINZ Sweet Relish, Old Bay seasoning, salt, pepper and parsley in a large mixing bowl.
