Coffee-rubbed, charbroiled ½ lb. burger, smoky bacon, melted cheddar, caffeinated BBQ Sauce, lettuce, tomatoes and house pickles on a premium toasted brioche bun.

1 tbsp. Garlic powder
1 tbsp. Ground cumin
1 tsp. Granulated sugar
1 tsp. Chili powder
1 tsp. Smoked paprika
1/2 tsp. Ground black pepper
1/2 tsp. Dried oregano leaves
12 each Beef patties, 1/2 lb.
24 strip Applewood bacon, thick cut and crispy
3 cup Shredded iceberg lettuce
12 slice Tomato
12 each Brioche buns. toasted
Preparation Steps

  • Preheat
    Char-broiler or flat top grill to medium-high heat.
  • Add
    2 Tbsp. MAXWELL HOUSE Coffee, salt, garlic powder, cumin, sugar, chili powder, smoked paprika, black pepper and oregano to a 1-qt. bowl and mix thoroughly.
  • Add
    HEINZ Hickory BBQ Sauce, HEINZ Malt Vinegar and 3 Tbsp. MAXWELL HOUSE Coffee for the caffeinated BBQ sauce to a 2-qt. bowl and whisk together until the coffee granules are fully dissolved.
  • Cook
    Burgers until desired doneness. Top with a slice of KRAFT Chedasharp Cheese and allow to melt.
  • Assemble
    Burger by topping bun of bottom with cooked burger, 2 oz. of caffeinated BBQ sauce, 2 strips of bacon, ¼ cup of shredded lettuce, 1 slice tomato and 2 pickle slices. Top off with bun top, serve immediately.
