Crispy Sesame Chicken Chopped Salad

Asian flavors in a crispy chopped salad. Sesame dressing and fried chicken on top of romaine, cabbage, and broccoli with crunchy chow mein noodles.

Ingredients

2 head Romaine lettuce, washed and diced 1 in.
2 cup Carrot, peeled and shredded
2 cup Red cabbage, shaved thinly
1.5 cup Broccoli, cut into small florets
2 cup Chow mein noodles, packaged
22 each Chicken tender, breaded

Instructions

Preparation Steps
  • Combine
    The lettuce, carrots, cabbage, broccoli, green onion, sprouts and chow mein noodles in a large salad bowl. Toss to combine well.
  • Add
    The KRAFT Oriental Sesame Vinaigrette and toss to combine. Make sure the salad is evenly dressed all over.
  • Fry
    The chicken tenders until hot and browned just before serving. Slice the tenders into 1” strips.
  • Add
    The sliced chicken tenders to the bowl of salad and toss to combine.
  • Divide
    Into 10 portions and plate up.
  • Top
    Each salad with 1 tsp. sliced green onion.
