The Carolina mustard glaze by whisking together the honey, butter, brown sugar, cayenne, GREY POUPON Country Mustard and GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard in a sauce pot.
Simmer
Over medium heat until thickened, about 10 minutes. Set aside to cool.
Pre-heat
A grill to medium-high heat and brush the grill grates clean.
Rub
The pork chops all over with the vegetable oil so they are well coated.
Season
The pork chops with the salt and pepper and grill on one side for 3 minutes, then turning ¼ turn after 2 minutes to make nice cross hatch grill marks.
Flip
The pork chop over and brush generously with the Carolina mustard glaze.
Continue
Cooking the pork until cooked through, about 5-6 minutes more.
Place
The pork chops on a plate with some roasted vegetables and glaze one more time with the Carolina mustard glaze.
Sprinkle
Each pork chop with 1 tsp toasted pecans and green onions and serve hot.
