BOCA Breakfast Stromboli

Stromboli stuffed with scrambled eggs, spinach, vegan BOCA crumbles and melty KRAFT Chedasharp cheese shreds.

Ingredients

36 each Extra large eggs, beaten and scrambled
1.5 cup Frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1.5 cup Red onion, diced 1/8 in.
1.5 cup Red pepper, diced 1/8 in.
1.5 cup Tomato, seeded and diced 1/8 in.
12 each Pizza Dough balls, 6 oz.

Instructions

Preparation Steps
  • Toss
    Together scrambled egg with all ingredients except pizza dough.
  • Roll
    Out one dough ball to 8-in. oval for each Stromboli.
  • Place
    1 cup of scrambled egg mixture in center of dough oval. Fold in half and crimp edges to seal.
  • Cut
    Three slits on top to vent.
  • Bake
    On parchment lined sheet pans in convection oven for 10-12 min. or until golden brown.
  • Serve
    Hot.
