Artichoke Cream Cheese Crepes

Ingredients

2.5 cup Whole milk
5 cup Artichoke hearts, chopped
2.5 cup Spinach, chopped
2.5 tsp. Garlic powder
40 each Prepared crepes

Instructions

Preparation Steps
  • Place
    The PHILADELPHIA cream cheese and milk in a large saucepan and cook on low heat until the cream cheese is completely melted, stirring occasionally.
  • Add
    The artichokes, KRAFT parmesan cheese, spinach and garlic powder and continue to cook until thoroughly heated.
  • Spoon
    ½ cup of the filling down the center of each crepe.
  • Roll
    Up and arrange on plate using 2 crepes for each serving.
