Dijon Cauliflower Relish

Add some zip to any sandwich or sausage with a healthy vegetable topping.

Ingredients

1 head Cauliflower
1/2 cup White wine vinegar
1/2 cup Granulated sugar
1 tsp. Ground turmeric
1/2 tsp. Sea salt
1 each Yellow onion, minced (1/4 onion only)
1 each Yellow pepper, minced (1/2 pepper only)
1/2 cup HEINZ Distilled White Vinegar

Instructions

Preparation Steps
  • Cut
    The cauliflower into small pieces, about ¼”.
  • Combine
    The HEINZ White vinegar, white wine vinegar, sugar, turmeric, and salt in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
  • Add
    The cauliflower, onions, and peppers and continue to cook for 5 minutes.
  • Cool
    To room temperature and stir in the GREY POUPON Classic Dijon Mustard.
  • Transfer
    To a storage container and place in the refrigerator until well chilled.
  • Serve
    As a condiment or as dip.
