Roasted Turkey Breast and Stuffing Open Face Sandwich

Ingredients

4 lb. Boneless turkey breast
2 tbsp. Fresh lemon juice (and zest)
2 tbsp. Orange juice (and zest)
1 lb. Bacon (cooked & crumbled)
2 cup Celery (1/4 in. dice)
24 slice Focaccia bread
2 cup Cranberry sauce
1 cup Almonds (toasted and chopped)

Instructions

Preparation Steps
  • Pre-heat
    Oven to 325˚F.
  • Place
    Turkey breasts on racks in roasting pans. Brush generously with KRAFT Golden Italian Dressing.
  • Bake
    In 300˚F convection oven 1 hour or until golden brown. Cover loosely with aluminum foil and continue baking an additional 45-60 minutes, until turkey reaches an internal temperature of 165˚F. Place cooked turkey breast in refrigerator until well chilled.
  • Mix
    Together KRAFT Real Mayonnaise, lemon juice and orange zest. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Prepare
    STOVE TOP Stuffing as directed on package and stir in bacon.
  • Slice
    Chilled turkey breast into ¼” thick slices.
  • For
    Each serving:
  • Spread
    Bottom half of 1 focaccia square with 1 Tbsp of mayonnaise mixture; top with 3 to 4 slices of turkey breast, 2 Tbsp shredded KRAFT CHEDASHARP American Cheese and 1/2 cup stuffing mixture.
  • Place
    The sandwiches onto a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350˚F for approx. 4 to 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted and stuffing is heated through.
  • Top
    Each sandwich with 2 Tbsp prepared cranberry sauce and toasted almonds.
