red potatoes, boiled, quartered 2 lb. 1 qt.
extra virgin olive oil 2.7 fl oz 1/3 cup
Vinegar BBQ Sauce
HEINZ Apple Cider Vinegar 1 fl oz 2 Tbsp.
fresh garlic, minced 1/2 tsp.
light brown sugar, packed 1 tsp.
crushed red pepper 1/4 tsp.
freshly ground black pepper 1/4 tsp.
kosher salt pinch

Sausage & Potatoes 1.25 fl oz 2 Tbsp.
Italian sausage links (1 oz. each) 3 oz. 3 each
red potatoes, boiled, quartered 2 oz. 1/3 cup
extra virgin olive oil 1 tsp.

Directions

Vinegar BBQ Sauce Mix ingredients in saucepan; cook on medium heat 15 min., stirring occasionally. Set aside.

Sausage & Potatoes Grill sausages until done. Pan fry potatoes in hot oil until crisp.

For each serving: Combine 3 sausage links with 1/3 cup potatoes; toss with 1/4 cup Vinegar BBQ Sauce.
