brown sugar, firmly packed 1 lb. 3 cups
unsweetened cocoa powder 3-1/2 oz. 1 cup
chili powder 2 oz. 1/2 cup
black pepper - 1 Tbsp.

brown sugar, firmly packed 4 oz. 1/2 cup
unsweetened cocoa powder - 3 Tbsp.
chili powder - 1 Tbsp.
black pepper - 1/2 tsp.

Directions

Mix all ingredients in saucepan; bring to boil on medium-high heat, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator until ready to use.
