ripe avocados 7 lb. 14 each
KRAFT Light Ranch Dressing 14 oz. 1 qt.
tomatoes, finely chopped 1 lb. 3-1/2 cups
onions, finely chopped 7 oz. 1-3/4 cups
chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, pureed 5-1/4 oz. 1/2 cup
cilantro, finely chopped 1 oz. 1/2 cup
ripe avocados 1 lb. 2 each
KRAFT Light Ranch Dressing 2 oz. 2/3 cup
tomatoes, finely chopped 3 oz. 1/2 cup
onions, finely chopped 1 oz. 1/4 cup
chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, pureed - 1 Tbsp.
cilantro, finely chopped - 1 Tbsp.

Directions

Cut avocados in half; remove and discard pits. Scoop out flesh into small bowl of electric mixer fitted with paddle attachment. Add dressing; beat until well blended.

Stir in remaining ingredients. Serve immediately. Or, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Serve with assorted crackers, tortilla chips and/or vegetable dippers.
