pork baby back ribs, cooked 9 lb.
garlic bulbs, roasted 24 each

Roasted Garlic & Scallion Sauce

roasted garlic paste 2 tsp.
scallions, white parts only, thinly sliced 2 tsp.
Ribs 2 tsp.
pork baby back ribs, cooked 2.25 lb.
garlic bulbs, roasted 6 each
scallions, grilled 12 each

Directions

Roasted Garlic & Scallion Sauce: Cook ingredients in saucepan 15 min., stirring occasionally.

For each serving: Place 6 oz. ribs in shallow pan; brush with 1/4 cup Roasted Garlic & Scallion Sauce. Bake in 350ºF standard oven 10 min. or until heated through. Serve with roasted garlic bulb and 2 grilled scallions.
