red onions, halved 4.5 lb. 12 each
pork baby back ribs, cooked 12 lb.
Red Onion & Coffee-BBQ Sauce

red onions, medium dice 2.5 oz. 1/2 cup
brewed GEVALIA Kaffe 2 fl oz 1/4 cup
dark chili powder 1/2 Tbsp.
molasses 1 oz. 1 Tbsp.
Ribs & Vegetables 1 oz. 1 Tbsp.
unsalted butter 3 oz. 6 Tbsp.
red new potatoes, boiled, quartered 1.5 lb. 1-1/2 qt.
red onions, halved 18 oz. 3 each
pork baby back ribs, cooked 3 lb.

Directions

Red Onion & Coffee-BBQ Sauce: Cook ingredients in saucepan 15 min., stirring occasionally.

Ribs & Vegetables: Melt butter in medium saute pan. Add potatoes; cook until golden brown, stirring occasionally. Set aside. Grill onion halves on medium heat until golden brown, turning occasionally to form diamond grill marks.

For each serving: Place 8 oz. ribs in shallow pan; brush with 1/4 cup Red Onion & Coffee-BBQ Sauce. Bake in 350ºF standard oven 10 min. or until heated through. Serve with 1 grilled onion half and 1 cup potatoes.
