Sausage & Potatoes with BBQ Sauce

|light brown sugar, packed 2.25 oz. 1/3 cup|
|crushed red pepper 1-1/3 Tbsp.|
|freshly ground black pepper 1-1/3 Tbsp.|
|kosher salt 1 tsp.|

|Sausage & Potatoes 20 fl oz 2 cups|
|Italian sausage links (1 oz. each) 3 lb. 48 each|
|red potatoes, boiled, quartered 2 lb. 1 qt.|
|extra virgin olive oil 2.7 fl oz 1/3 cup|
Vinegar BBQ Sauce Mix ingredients in saucepan; cook on medium heat 15 min., stirring occasionally. Set aside.
Sausage & Potatoes Grill sausages until done. Pan fry potatoes in hot oil until crisp.
For each serving: Combine 3 sausage links with 1/3 cup potatoes; toss with 1/4 cup Vinegar BBQ Sauce.
