boneless skinless chicken breast halves, butterflied 5 lb. 16 each
canola oil, divided 5.2 oz. 2/3 cup
salt 2 tsp.
shredded mozzarella 8 oz. 2 cups
fresh basil leaves 48 each
French bread rolls or hoagie rolls, split 16 each

KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese 1/4 tsp.
garlic powder 1/4 tsp.
dried oregano leaves 1/4 tsp.
ground black pepper 1/8 tsp.
boneless skinless chicken breast halves, butterflied 5 oz. 1 each
canola oil, divided 2 tsp.
salt 1/8 tsp.
shredded mozzarella 2 Tbsp.
fresh basil leaves 3 each
French bread rolls or hoagie rolls, split 1 each

Directions

Combine barbecue sauce and tomato sauce; set aside.

Combine Parmesan, garlic powder, oregano and pepper; set aside.

For each serving: Brush 1 chicken piece with 1 tsp. oil; season with 1/8 tsp. salt. Grill chicken on medium-high heat 4 min.; turn. Continue cooking 2 min. or until done (165°F).

Drizzle 1 tsp. oil onto cut sides of 1 roll. Sprinkle with about 1 tsp. Parmesan mixture. Broil until cheese is golden brown.

Place chicken onto bottom half of roll. Top with 1/4 cup tomato-barbecue sauce and 2 Tbsp. mozzarella. Broil until cheese is melted and golden brown. Top with 3 basil leaves and top of roll.
